Dear Members,
I am writing to inform you of the following change to the position of clubhouse manager. As of Monday, I, along with the support of the committee, have decided to appoint Kelly Piper as the Clubhouse & Bar Manager. For now, the familiar faces behind the bar will remain intact to avoid disruption.
I would like to formally welcome Kelly to her new role and also thank her for all the previous efforts she has committed to within the club over the years. I am confident that she and her team will do their utmost to continue to help improve the business element that our rugby club desires and help us move accordingly to the next level.
On a final note, I would like to announce the retirement of Geoff and Irene from kit duties. This decision was made entirely at their request. Once again, we at Chingford RFC would like to thank them for their lengthy volume of service and wish them all the best in health and look forward to seeing them at the club in the upcoming season.
