Dear members,
Now that the season is now underway I would now like to announce the following changes of positions within our committee. As of last week Stephen Piper stepped into the role of Youth Chairman. I would like to thank James Moore for all of his efforts over last season and through the dormant months leading up to the start of this season. With this change I would also like to take the opportunity in formally welcoming Stephen Piper to the team and wish him all the best in his new role within the Club.
With this change I would also like to announce the departure of Gary Gold from the position of Honorary Club Treasurer a position held since 2018. On behalf of Chingford RFC I would like to personally thank him for all the time, effort and work that he has put into the background running of the club. An important role that is constantly demanding through the year whether it be on or off-season. As Gary steps away I would like to announce James Moore to the role of Honorary Club Treasurer. This is a transition of change that will take place over the next coming months with the full assistance of Myself as Club Chairman, Club President and Club Secretary.
